The Fashion House Signs Exclusive Deal for Bill

Collections Set to Debut at World Shoe Association Show in

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The
Fashion House, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FHHI - News), a leading
designer and distributor of women's footwear, has signed an
exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with Bill Blass Limited to
design, manufacture and distribute footwear, bringing Bill Blass
footwear to the market at a range of price points from couture to
moderate.

The brands will be Bill
Blass Couture and Blass by Bill Blass. Bill Blass Couture will
retail between $300 and $500 and will target upscale women who
invest in their wardrobes. Blass by Bill Blass will be a secondary
collection targeted at a broader audience. Bill Blass Couture and
Blass by Bill Blass will launch their debut collections for fall,
2006 in February at the World Shoe Association show in Las Vegas.

Bill Blass Limited was founded by William Ralph Blass in 1970.

company has expanded its product lines to include casual and men's
apparel, accessories and home furnishings. In 2005, Bill Blass was
listed in the top 10 of The WWD Book of Lists "The Names They Know"
which recognizes consumer awareness of designers.

The line development will be overseen by industry veteran Dan
Amado, who recently joined The Fashion House as Senior Vice
President and Creative Director. Amado previously served as Senior
Vice President, Product Development at both Nine West Group and
Aerogroup International.
